*Men Are Not God, Politicians Are Mortals*
Worldfamous Ajibola Olufidipo

I heard you said you are the answer
May I ask you if you are God?
I heard you are boasting of installing the next Governor come 2019
Let me ask you if you know your tomorrow

You even said your support is all that matters
I ask you if you can preserve your very self
You even boasted that GNI is your choice
Do you take GNI for a political stooge?

Some even said you are God in human flesh
Men are not God, politicians are mortals
You talk as if you can decide tomorrow
You walk as if you owns the World

The ground you walk is slippery my brother
Slippery because it was not made for you
Even on tiles people do fall
And you sitting as the Governor is not the end

The ultimate decider of fate is God
Governors are mortals and you are not exempted
Have you forgotten that we are all dying agents?
And you keep acting as if it will always be you

Whether Yewa, Egba, Remo or Ijebu, you cannot tell Mr Liar
God is the decider not you
Where is Olurin today Mr Governor?
Only God can install and re-install

All you have in mind is a spoiler game
Right from the start that is what you are
The moment you starts playing God you fail
The end of Herod is your path

Abi you are next in line of Pharaoh
Always imposing your will on people
The time of your reign is over
Governors are mortals and Men are not God
Therefore, you cannot add a day to your existence
Just because we are all mortals
And so we shall all die.

"We miss Daniel" Ogun People Lament

The good people of Ogun state yesterday eulogised the former Governor of Ogun state, H.E Otunba Gbenga Daniel for his contributions to human development, education amd health sectors. This revelation was made known during the opinion survey in the state. The first respondent, Alani Kusimo said Ogun people will forever miss Otunba Gbenga Daniel for his meaningful development in the state, while he was the Governor, without any prejudice OGD’s tenure is second to none. Ogun is losing it. Period!!! Lagos, Oyo and Ogun States are the only ones of the 6 states of the southwest completing the first term in a few days.  Lagos is commissioning projects to round off!
